📌 Cooling Off Period:
- Did you know? If you’re in the UK, you’ve got a cool 14-day “cooling off” period from the moment you buy until 14 days after your item lands on your doorstep.
- Little heads up! Our custom and made-to-order signs don’t fall under this. But hey, if it’s not the match made in neon heaven you were hoping for, buzz us – we’re here to help!

1. Made To Order & Custom Products
🚫 What’s Non-Refundable?
- Made to Order signs by Neon Vibes®: Pick a color, backing, and weatherproofing, but remember, these aren’t off-the-rack items.
- Custom signs by Neon Vibes®: If you’ve gone all out and designed it using our tool or your sketches, it’s special and made just for you!
📸 Something’s Not Right?:
- Spot an issue? Don’t fret! Please send us a snap and a short video to help@elitesign.co.uk . Remember, we’ll need both for the best fix.
- Did you get a faulty sign? Our warranty covers it. We’ll either fix it or send you a brand new one. It’s your call!
- Are they sending it back for a repair? Keep those controllers and power bits and bobs.
💵 Getting Your Postage Back:
- Sending for a fix? Organize that courier, and we’ll cover the carriage cost when we send it back all shiny and new.
- Send over that postage receipt, and if it’s over £20, just give us a quick heads-up first.
- Carriage costs will most of the time be refunded using the payment method you used to pay for the sign originally. If there’s an issue processing the refund due to a change of card, or other things out of our control, the refund will be issued as a gift voucher to use on a future purchase.
